SoWa Art Walk 2005 in the South End of Boston was a great opportunity to meet some very nice people and the show went well for me in terms of interest and pieces sold, as well. Again, interesting people to meet and talk with was one of the highlights for me.

New Pieces Coming Soon - Friday, February 18, 2005
I'm about two weeks off from finishing up 15-20 new pieces. I'm currently working on 3 large pieces (3 feet by 4 feet) and a smaller one that are coming along pretty well.

Update/SEOS/Sculpture/Stuff - Friday, September 24, 2004
It's been a bit since the last report. Since then I've found that after all is said and done, artwise, when I start working and getting involved/immersed with the paintings I really don't have any problems with where or how it's going/progressing. I just do it and they come out as they will.

Turner, Exile Cycles and Leonardo - Wednesday, June 30, 2004

I'd like to share some of the things I've been looking at lately.

As a prelude it's good to say I've got around fifteen new paintings I'm in the midst of. Not so sure where they might end up at this point but it's always helped me to have good things to read/look at while I work. The idea is to soak up as many influences as I can find and see if they can take hold somewhere within or without.

Moving More Abstractly - Thursday, June 24, 2004

I've never done a blog/daily report but since I'm in the middle of moving into a new phase in my painting, i thought it might be helpful for me to do a journal of what's going on as I move along. I invite you to share in the process a bit.

Recently, I felt like I had hit a wall in my work. I still got a lot out of what I was doing, but I didn't have a sense of progression and the possibility of putting more into the work.
